DAB (3,3'-Diaminobenzidine) leads to the formation of a dark-brown precipitate at the location of the target antigen. The precipitate is insoluble in aqueous and organic solvents allowing the use of commonly known mounting media. This chromogen/substrate system is especially useful when a high contrast between the chromogen and counter stain is desired. Compared to standard DAB staining kits the HISTOLS®-DAB Chromogen/Substrate System gives a darker brown color and a higher sensitivity.
Cat#: 30015
HISTOLS ® Resistant AEC Chromogen/Substrate System was developed for immunohistochemical staining procedures using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labeled secondary antibody. AEC (3-amino-9-ethylcarbazol) leads to the formation of reddish-brown precipitate at the location of the target antigen. The precipitate is insoluble in aqueous and organic solvents, which allows the use of commonly known mounting media.
Cat#: 30019
HISTOLS®-AP Red Chromogen/Substrate System was developed for immunohistochemical staining procedures and will produce red colored deposit upon reaction with alkaline phosphatase at the site of the target antigen. The precipitate is insoluble in aqueous and organic solvents, which allows the use of commonly known mounting media.
Cat#: 40017
For characterization of the cells participating in immunoresponse of a malignant tumor, we recommend staining for CD8 (cytotoxic T cells) and CD205 (APC). With help of the Tissue MicroArray Builder Kit we can create tissue cores with standard surface areas, which make quantitative evaluation easy.
Clone: 5H4E2
Cat#: 10022
5H4E2 labels the cytoplasm of HCG B producing cells in placenta, mola hydatidosa, choriocarcinoma, embryonal carcinoma seminoma and some undifferenciated lung cancers. It does not react with cells of normal endometrial, testicular tissues and lung.

Clone: I17-T
Cat#: DB 174
IgG is the main antibody isotype found in blood and extracellular fluid allowing it to control infection of body tissues by binding many kinds of pathogens. The most common feature of plasmacytomas, and certain non Hodgkin's lymphomas is the restricted expression of a single heavy chain class. Demonstration of clonality in lymphoid infiltrates indicates that the infiltrate is clonal and therefore malignant.
DB 174
Fixed-embedded chronic inflammation with plasma cell reaction
Clone: E2E3
Cat#: 10024
The antibody recognizes the biologically most active forms of insulin on the C-terminal end. The antibody labels the cytoplasm of B cells in pancreatic islets and insulomas, and suitable for insulin monitoring in sera from patients with diabetes or insulin producing tumors.
10024
Fixed-embedded human pancreas
Clone: A21-Y
Cat#: 10091
Kappa light chains are polypeptide chains located in cell membrane and cytoplasmic regions of normal B cells and plasma cells. This antibody is reportedly useful in identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas, and other B-cell non- Hodgkin's lymphomas.
10091
Fixed-embedded human tonsil
Clone: B56
Cat#: 10032
10032
Fixed-embedded human lymph node
Clone: SP6
Cat#: 10080
Ki-67 is expressed in the proliferating cells preferentially during late G1-, S-, M-, and G2- phases of the cell cycle, while cells in the G0 (quiescent) phase are negative for this protein.
10080
Fixed-embedded human lymph node
Clone: K22-Y
Cat#: 10092
Clone: LcN-2
Cat#: 10131
Lambda light chains are polypeptide chains located in the cell membrane and cytoplasmic regions of normal B cells and plasma cells. This antibody is reportedly useful in identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas, and other B cell non- Hodgkin's lymphomas.
10131
Fixed-embedded human tonsil
Cat#: 40013.K
Clone: A19-P
Cat#: DB 050

Melan A is a melanocyte differentiation antigen. It is present in melanocytes of normal skin and retina, nevi and in more than 85% of melanomas. Very useful in establishing the diagnosis of metastatic melanomas.
10133
Fixed-embedded human melanoma
Clone: HMB45
Cat#: 10120
Clone: P14-V
Cat#: DB 049
Expression of gp100 antigen is characteristic of junctional activity and malignant melanoma. This antibody is useful for assessment of malignant melanoma, metastatic amelanotic melanoma.
DB 049
Fixed-embedded human melanoma
Clone: 3/G11
Cat#: 10033
3/G11 reacts on mGluR protein, which is present in brain, heart, kidneys and also in melanomas from mutant mouse melanocytes. Two types of glutamate receptors exist: ionotropic, and metabotropic receptors. Metabotropic receptors are G-protein coupled receptors, which can activate phospholipases or adenylyf -cyclases, depending on the neuron.

Fixed-embedded rat brain
Clone: G168-728
Cat#: 10070
MLH1 is a mismatch repair gene that is deficient in a high proportion of patients with microsatellite instability (MSI-H). This finding is associated with the autosomal dominant condition known as Hereditary Non-Polyposis Colon Cancer (HNPCC). The anti-MLH1 antibody is useful in screening patients and families for this condition. Colon cancers that are microsatellite unstable have a better prognosis than their microsatellite stable counterparts.
