HISTOLS® one step detection systems are enzyme labelled micro-polymers, which detect mouse or/and rabbit or rat immunoglobulins bound to antigens in tissue sections and cytological samples. The production of these reagents is based on a new micropolymer technology which permits to obtain small secondary antibody complexes containing high number of labeling enzyme molecules, resulting intense immunostaining with no background.
